I kept Poppy from Bracken’s first litter. I chose her because she had great temperament as a young puppy and was a lovely dark golden colour. She also demonstrated great intelligence which made training her very easy.

 

She received her Gold Good Citizen certificate from the Kennel Club at just 18 months old.

 

Poppy is the first dog I have entered the show ring with, enjoying some success, but she loves going to shows and meeting other dogs. Poppy has also been in training as a working dog and absolutely loves retrieving. Her favourite pastime, however, is playing with her frisbee.
