Meli was the first Golden Retriever I owned. She was a fun loving girl who loved a game of football and going on long walks. She loved hunting for rabbits and anywhere where there was a river she could swim in. Meli also enjoyed a good scrap with her half sister, Bracken and later on with Willow. She particularly liked meeting people and was always delighted to see new people coming to her house. She used to greet me with the same dance and bark everyday when I arrived home just telling me how much she had missed me. She was a sensitive girl who knew when things weren't right but was always there for a hug and a cuddle.
